Lloyd and White Construction specializes in residential renovations, deck building and electrical upgrades. With experience in many large and small scale construction projects from the Greater Toronto Area to the native lands of Northern Quebec, Patrick and Derek are committed to bringing clients dreams to reality.

Patrick is a fully licensed electrician who has been growing a construction company in Quebec in recent years. This has given him experience in working with many projects ranging from residential new builds to completely renovating commercial properties. 

Derek is a wealth of all knowledge but also a Master Electrician and the main contact on site for Lloyd and White Construction. Once chatting with Derek, he will be able to put together the plan to make your project happen.
